Space Electromechanical is actively involved in carrying out numerous projects pertaining to the above mentioned services. Under the able leadership and guidance of our promoters Mr. George Sebastian and Mr. Sujoy Kumar Pandit, Space Group has grown by leaps and bounds and now it comprises of 4 Companies. Space Electromechanical comprises of more than 25 engineers and more than 320 workers with over 20 years of experience, in addition to their experience in their homeland. We have provided the services for various projects such as Hotels, Factories, Schools, Food Industries, Engineering Industrial Units, Pharmaceutical Stores, Warehouses, Multi Storied buildings and group of Villas. Our company adheres to the design requirements of M.E.P Services especially for AIR CONDITIONING HEAT LOAD CALCULATION, GREEN BUILDING SUBMISSIONS, ELECTRICAL SINGLE LINE DIAGRAM, LOAD SCHEDULES AND DRAINAGE SYSTEM. Our designing cell has designed quite a few prestigious projects in the U.A.E. WE SPECIALIZE IN CARRYING OUT COMPLEX AND FAST-TRACK PROJECTS. We have completed the world’s largest government building with LEED PLATINUM certification – DEWA GREEN BUILDING IN AL QUOZ. This project started as a normal project, but as soon as construction started, it revamped into a LEED PLATINUM. This conversion required major changes in MEP which was done by us.
